Highly professional at every stage of the process from quotation through to final completion of the job. Lee and his team did a garage conversion to living/dining room; installed shower room; reconfigured 2 bedrooms all at a very reasonable price and finished to an exceptionally high standard. I have absolutely no hesitation in recommending Wingate Construction.

Lee and the team were excellent from start to finish. They were very accommodating and flexible with changes I made. Lee responded very quickly to any contact and communicated continuously throughout the whole process. Work was completed within the original time frame. Any unforseen difficulties out with their control were quicky fixed and dealt with by Lee. Work spaces were cleared and tided at the end of each day and I would recommend Wingate and Lee and use them again.

Top class job of our garage conversion from Lee and the team, nothing too much trouble. I couldn’t recommend them highly enough. Even all the small details were attended to.

We honestly couldn’t be more pleased with the work carried out for our house renovation. From start to finish, Lee was incredibly punctual, professional and a fantastic communicator. He kept us updated every step of the way. We felt his pricing was very competitive and the quality of workmanship is exceptional. Lee was also incredibly helpful throughout the project, and his aftercare has been excellent. His whole team is a credit to him – skilled, courteous and hardworking from start to finish. It’s refreshing to find a tradesperson who takes such pride in their work and delivers on exactly what they promise. We would not hesitate to recommend Lee to anyone looking for a reliable, skilled builder.

Fantastic service from start to finish. Very professional, punctual every day that the team were here and they never stopped!! We are so pleased with the results, no corners were cut. Such a high standard of finish and attention to detail and quality. Would highly recommend to anyone who wants premium standards for very fair prices. We are hoping to extend in the future and will definitely be using this company again.

Lee at Wingate Construction was the second of three companies to quote for our extension and internal building works, having known about their quality of work from family friends we decided to go with them (and the price was very fair for works involved). The team came out on the date agreed which was a lot faster than we had been able to get from other firms, even though they had other jobs on the go at the same time. Nothing was too much trouble in terms of discussing finishes and talking through the works, Lee even took the photographs at the stages that were required to send to the council for planning department proofs. While here some other smaller jobs were carried out for us. We were very impressed with the work and team, so much so they will be doing the next stages of our works for us hopefully in the new year. Would highly recommend.
